Commemorative Giving
The JLL welcomes gifts in any amount to honor or memorialize Junior League of Lynchburg members, families and friends.
Donors may designate that their gifts be directed to the general Community Projects Fund, the Training & Membership Fund or the Endowment Fund. For more information, contact 434-846-6641.

Endowment
When you pay your annual dues, please consider an additional contribution to the Junior League of Lynchburg’s Endowment Fund. This fund specifically supports our local chapter of the Junior League. Your additional donations are especially needed because:

- Membership dues cover only approximately 30% of our League’s annual operating expenses. The future of the JLL is dependent on contributions from individual and corporate donors.

-Due to recent energy crises and natural disasters, donations for to local civic organizations have been especially hard hit, effectively cutting our usual amount of outside support in half.

Annual corporate or individual sponsorships

Corporations and individuals who wish to support the annual services and projects of our League may find greater rewards by becoming an annual sponsor. Packages can be tailor-made to fit your needs and interests and may include advertisements for your business in our newsletters and on our website, preferred admission tickets to our gala fundraiser and other “perks” that will enhance your partnership with us. We are a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization under IRS regulations and all contributions are tax deductible to the full extent of the applicable laws.
A tax statement is mailed to donors at the end of each calendar year.
