For more than 80 years, the Junior League of Lynchburg has played a pivotal role in Central Virginia. Each year, we train and empower women to be volunteers and leaders in making the region a better place to live. We serve as a catalyst for positive change in partnership with non-profits, businesses and individuals―working together to strengthen our community. Each year, we reach more than 10,000 families and children through the programs we deliver and support.
Our purpose is exclusively educational and charitable. We primarily focus on supporting women, children and improving health in the region. Our mission also includes support to the arts, historic preservation and environmental issues.
If you are interested in supporting Junior League programs, we invite you to donate now to help sustain and expand the work we do in Central Virginia.
