Maegan Fallen
President
Board of Directors

Maegan Fallen serves as the President of the Junior League of Lynchburg. She joined the League in 2015 when she relocated to the Lynchburg area. She has previously served the League as Community Vice President, Membership Vice President, Assistant Chair of the Membership Committee, and as a member of the Little Black Dress Committee. Maegan earned a B.A. in Government and Environmental Policy from The College of William and Mary. She is the Director of the Career Development Center at Randolph College where she prepares students for their professional lives after college. She also serves on the Jones Memorial Library Board, as a Beacon Buddy for Beacon of Hope and is on the Board of the Friends of the Lynchburg Public Library. Outside of the League, Maegan enjoys spending time with her family (husband Jon and daughter Eleanor), reading, listening to podcasts, and exploring all Lynchburg has to offer, especially the thriving downtown area.

 

Chelsea Ogden
President-Elect
Board of Directors

Chelsea joined the Junior League of Lynchburg in 2015 and is the President Elect. She has previously served as a LBDI committee member, LBDI Chair, Membership VP, and Executive Vice President. She earned a B.S. in Psychology and Criminal Justice at James Madison University, and a M.S. Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Old Dominion University. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Leadership Studies at the University of Lynchburg. Chelsea is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist, working as the Associate Director of Counseling for Johnson Health Center. She also owns a counseling and consulting practice, that she works at part time. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets, especially at Smith Mountain Lake, her “happy place.”

 

Zaysha Montgomery
Treasurer
Board of Directors

Zaysha joined the Junior League of Lynchburg in 2019 and is currently serving as Treasurer. She previously served as Chair of the Fund Development Committee. She graduated from Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2016, and is currently obtaining a Master’s in Business Administration from The University of Arizona – Global Campus. Outside of the League, Zaysha is currently employed as a Project Planner at BWX Technologies, Inc. and enjoys volunteering with local schools and organizations to support STEM activities.

 

Ann Iñiguez
Recording Secretary
Board of Directors

Ann Iñiguez, a Lynchburg native, joined the Junior League in 2020 and is honored to be serving as Secretary in her second year of membership. As a provisional member last year, Ann organized a book drive for the local jail and collected over 10,000 book donations for incarcerated citizens. She earned her B.A. in German Studies from Marshall University, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University. Ann is currently a Resident in Counseling and is employed at the Lynchburg Adult Detention Center, where she provides counseling services to 500+ men and women. She is also an active member of the Blue Ridge Reentry Council, a local collaborative whose efforts help reduce recidivism in the community. In her free time, she enjoys reading, attending live music performances, and traveling the world with her two children.

 

Meredith Humphreys
Nominating Director
Board of Directors

Meredith joined the Junior League in 2017 and is currently serving as Nominating Director.  She has previously served as Admissions and Provisionals Chair, All Aboard Chair, and All Aboard Assistant Chair. A Virginia Beach native, she earned a B.A. in Dance and Curricular Studies and a M.A.T. in Curriculum & Instruction with endorsements in Elementary and Special Education from Randolph College. Meredith is currently the elementary special education teacher at Cornerstone Learning Center. There she serves as a mentor teacher and member of the DELTA (Dyslexia Experts in Literacy Teaching & Awareness) Team.  Outside of the League, she currently serves as the Secretary for Campbell County Education Association, Secretary for Central Virginia Uniserv, and a member of the VEA District I Board.  In her spare time, she enjoys being near the water, crocheting, reading, and spending time with her two dogs, Cassi and Dash, and her partner Lathan.

Mary Ann is the current Sustainer Director for the Junior League of Lynchburg.

 

Hope Moffa
Executive Vice President
Board of Directors & Management Team

Hope joined the Junior League of Lynchburg in 2015 and is honored to serve as the Executive VP. Her previous leadership positions in the league include Treasurer, Finance Vice President, and Recording Secretary. Hope earned a B.S. in Speech Pathology and Audiology from West Virginia University in 2011, and an Au.D. in Audiology in 2015. She is currently a clinical audiologist at Audiology Hearing Aid Associates in Lynchburg. Hope is originally from Fairmont, WV and lives in Lynchburg with her husband, Eric, and two children, Rosaline and Grant. Hope enjoys spending time with her family and friends, starting home improvement projects, reading, baking, and encouraging her husband’s homebrew hobby.

 

Jasmine Briggs
Membership Vice President
Management Team

Jasmine relocated to the Lynchburg area and joined the Junior League of Lynchburg in 2019; she is currently serving as Membership Vice President. During her time in the league, she has participated in her provisional class project, volunteered at several different events, served on the Little Black Dress Initiative Committee, and served as the Membership Training Coordinator. Jasmine graduated from Miller Motte Technical College with a degree in Medical Assisting and is currently working to obtain her Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership from ECPI University. She is currently working at Carilion Clinic as a Business Analyst on the Clinical Informatics Team. In her community, Jasmine also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Miller Home for Girls, volunteers on the Emergency Response Team for the Isaiah 117 House, serves as the Youth Choir Director of her church choir, and is very active in her church and community. Outside of her community work, Jasmine enjoys playing with her two dogs, Max and Bentley, taking vacations, and spending time with her family and friends.

 

Jessie Robertson
Community Vice President
Management Team

Jessie joined the Junior League of Lynchburg in 2019 and currently serves as the Community Vice President. She previously served as Co-Chair of the Raffle Committee, Co-Chair of the 2019 Provisional Class Project (collecting donations for the YWCA), and on the DEI Committee. She is currently on the Board of Directors for Achieve of Central Virginia. Jessie earned her B.A. in Sociology with a Criminology Emphasis from the University of Lynchburg in 2010 and her M.S. in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2012. She is the Sponsored Programs Officer at Randolph College. Outside of the League, Jessie loves to spend time outdoors boating, camping, and kayaking as well as traveling with her husband Paul and their two beautiful daughters, Megan and Abigail.

 

Samantha “Sam” Citty
Finance Vice President
Management Team

​​Samantha “Sam” Citty joined the Junior League of Lynchburg in 2019 and is currently serving as Finance Vice President.  She previously served on the Board of Directors as Secretary, and was a member of the Grant Writing committee. Sam earned her B.A. in Music from Elon University, as well as a master’s and educational specialists from Liberty University.  She is the Director of Quality Control for Liberty University Online and Resident Admissions, where she oversees quality for over 500 phone agents within the call center. She is on the board of directors for The Listening and YWCA of Central Virginia, and volunteers as a Beacon Buddy through Beacon of Hope. Outside of the League, Sam enjoys hanging out at the community market with her husband (James), son (Jimmy) and daughter (Lizzy).
