The Junior League of Lynchburg would not be able to operate without the dedication and passion of leaders selected by the Nominating Committee to ensure the continuing of the League’s mission. The Junior League of Lynchburg’s leadership is split into two levels, the Board of Directors and the Management Team. The Management Team ensures the completion of initiatives, while the Board of Directors innovates and directs the overall group in how to best maintain the mission of the League. These groups operate closely and in tandem to ensure that the League is functioning at its best, as well as always looking forward to the future of the organization.
